Any changes in the operation, including Flight, Scheduled Departure Time, change of equipment or any other aspect that affects your Reservation, we will do everything possible to inform you as soon as possible, according to regulations. If the change occurs after the opening of the check-in counter, our local representatives will provide you with information; we will also update information boards and make announcements where possible. Any changes prior to travel will be communicated to the email address you provided at the time of booking. If a flight is cancelled, we will inform you of the options available to you, which include, but are not limited to, transfer to an alternative flight on the same or an alternative date, a credit as an Arajet Voucher or refund of the original form of payment. Our airport teams will share these options with you and confirm to the contact details provided in your booking.
