You can travel with one (1) cat or dog as an Emotional Support Animal in the cabin (no other animals will be accepted) under the following conditions:
• Your Emotional Support Animal must travel on your lap (if the animal is smaller than a 2-year-old child) or must fit in the foot space without blocking the passage of any other passenger.
• You must provide documentation from your doctor justifying why you need to travel with the Emotional Support Animal; this documentation must include the seal and signature of the professional and must not be older than one (1) year from the flight date.
• Emotional Support Animals are transported in the cabin for a fee, visit our website https://www.arajet.com/es for more information.
Please note that your pet requires health documents required by both the country of origin and destination, so it is important to check with the health authority of each country what these requirements are before traveling. These may include, but are not limited to, vaccines, deworming certificates, medical certificates, health certificates for leaving the country, among others.
To avoid delays at check-in, we recommend adding your Emotional Support Animal to your Flight when making your Reservation. Due to the validation of your pet's documentation, web check-in is not allowed, so we recommend arriving at the counter 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
