You may travel with up to two (2) trained Assistance, Rescue, or Service Dogs in the cabin (no other animals will be accepted) under the following conditions:
• Your Assistance, Rescue, or Service Dog must travel on your lap (if the dog is smaller than a 2-year-old child) or fit within the foot space without obstructing the passage of other passengers.
Please note that your pet must have the required health documents from both the country of origin and the destination. Therefore, it is important to consult the relevant health authorities in each country before your trip. These requirements may include, but are not limited to:
• Vaccinations
• Deworming certificates
• Medical certificates
• Health certificates for leaving the country
• Entry permits issued by the health authorities of the destination country
Due to the need to validate your pet’s supporting documentation, online check-in is not allowed. For this reason, we recommend arriving at the check-in counter at least 3 hours prior to your flight's departure.
If your Assistance or Service Dog(s) is/are too large to fit within the foot space of the seat you have purchased, you have the following options:
• Purchase additional seats to guarantee travel.
• Wait for a flight with sufficient empty seats available.
Assistance or Service Dogs travel in the cabin free of charge, provided that documented proof is presented certifying that the dog is an assistance or service animal.
To avoid delays at check-in, we strongly recommend adding your Assistance, Rescue, or Service Dog to your flight when making your reservation.
