You can travel with one (1) Assistance/Rescue or Service dog in the cabin (no other animals will be accepted) under the following conditions:
• Your Assistance/Rescue/Service dog must travel on your lap (if the dog is smaller than a 2-year-old child) or must fit within the foot space without blocking the passage of any other passenger.
• Assistance/Rescue/Service dogs are transported in the cabin free of charge.
Please note that your pet requires health documents required by both the country of origin and destination, so it is important to check with the health authority of each country what these requirements are before traveling. These may include, but are not limited to, vaccines, deworming certificates, medical certificates, health certificates for leaving the country, among others.
To avoid delays at check-in, we recommend adding your Assistance/Rescue/Service dog to your Flight when making your Reservation. Due to the validation of your pet's documentation, web check-in is not allowed, so we recommend arriving at the counter 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
