For all flights, except those to/from the United States, this service is provided from the check-in counter to the boarding gate or aircraft door. Upon arrival, the service is provided up to the terminal entrance, excluding parking. For flights to/from the United States, the service is provided from the terminal entrance.
Due to the need to validate supporting documentation for your condition, you will not be able to check in online, so we recommend arriving at the counter 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
