If you need a wheelchair, we recommend adding it at the time of booking. If the service has not been added to your reservation, we would greatly appreciate it if you could notify us at least 24 hours before your flight departure through any of our available channels at https://www.arajet.com/en/contact-us. This will help us coordinate the service properly and in a timely manner.
For all flights except those to/from the United States, wheelchair assistance is provided from the check-in counter to the boarding gate or the aircraft door. Upon arrival, the service is available from the aircraft door to the terminal exit, not including parking areas.
For flights to/from the United States, the service is provided from the terminal entrance to the terminal exit.
Please note that this service is not available in parking areas or any public spaces outside the passenger terminal.
As we must validate documentation supporting your condition, online check-in will not be available. Therefore, we recommend arriving at the check-in counter at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure time.
