If you have half a leg cast (boot type) or have your arm in a cast, you must present a medical certificate, signed by a doctor (not a nurse), stating that you are "fit to fly". You must be able to use the restroom without assistance and the cast must have at least forty-eight (48) hours since applied.
If you have a full leg, body or any other cast that restricts your ability to sit on a standard airplane seat, you must contact us prior to making your reservation and at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the intended date of travel, in case the airline must make some special arrangements for you to be able to travel.
