If you have a confirmed Reservation that is delayed due to a schedule irregularity, we can rebook you on the first flight with available seats to the Destination Location with no additional charge. Our staff will focus on rebooking as many Customers as possible on alternative flights, either directly to the destination or via connections through other airports to best meet the Customer´s needs. You may also have the option to obtain a refund.
A change may be made to your Non-Service Flight and/or fare difference when the Reservation is affected by a cancelled Flight, an eligible schedule change or a delayed Flight (more than two hours from the Scheduled Departure Time) provided that:
i. The same Departure Location and Arrival Location are booked and;
ii. The new travel dates are within seven (7) days of the original flight date).
We will not reimburse you for flights booked on other airlines. Any changes prior to travel will be communicated to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
