No, we keep our costs low by asking our passengers to check-in online as this will always be the most affordable way to check. If you check-in at the airport, you may be charged with a fee for each boarding pass issued (unless this service is included in your fare, see our Fare Rules for details). The following passengers are exempt from paying the Boarding Pass Service Charge at the airport check-in counter: pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, passengers with special baggage such as musical and/or sports equipment, passengers with disabilities, travelers with animals, passengers who, due to their physical or legal condition, must communicate their status at the airport counter to determine whether or not they can board the flight, passengers with respiratory disabilities, travelers to or from the United States, minors and one companion within the same reservation.
