We recommend Customers suffering from severe allergies to travel with medical certificate and related medication. You can bring your own food on board, but:
- Our crew cannot heat the Client's food, as our ovens may have been used to heat other food to which you are allergic.
- Our staff cannot refrigerate the Customer's own food.
- The food must be free of strong odors to avoid disturbing other Customers.
- We cannot provide napkins, cups, glasses, etc. for your own food.
Due to the validation of the supporting documentation of your status, web check-in is not allowed so we recommend to arriver 3 hours before the departure time of your flight.
