ustomers with special medical conditions and/or who have undergone surgical procedures close to their flight are transported only according to the following guidelines:
i. Customers with medical conditions must notify us about their medical condition through our call center, website, or at the airport at least twenty-four (24) hours or more in advance.
ii. Additionally, they are required to present themselves at the Airline's check-in counter at the airport at least three (3) hours before the flight and present a medical certificate issued no more than twenty-four (24) hours before the Scheduled Flight Departure Time, with a minimum validity of ten (10) days. This certificate must indicate the doctor's professional registration, as well as the customer's health status and fitness to fly. If traveling with an Assistive Device, a personal portable oxygen concentrator (POC), or other medical equipment, this item must be included in the medical certificate as required by the customer.
Due to the need to validate the supporting documentation for their condition, it will not be possible for them to perform web check-in, so we recommend arriving at the counter 3 hours before the flight's departure time.
