Certain respiratory assistance devices (including Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs), respirators, and ventilators) that are approved by the FAA for use in flight may be used onboard our aircraft. Customers using such permitted devices must do so strictly in accordance with applicable regulations, including the transportation of sufficient batteries. For details on FAA-approved POCs, please visit https://www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/cabin_safety/portable_oxygen
We do not provide oxygen service on our aircraft.
The transport of oxygen bottles and generators, both in the cabin and in the cargo hold of our aircraft, is strictly prohibited.
Our staff is not trained to assist or operate such devices.
The POC must be stowed under the seat in front of the Customer's seat.
Due to the need to validate supporting documentation of your condition, web check-in is not possible, so we recommend arriving at the counter 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
