1. How many checked bags can I take with me?

Each Customer may buy a maximum of three (3) Checked Baggage on each Flight. Fees may be charged for Hold Baggage and other services if you do not have a Checked Baggage included in your Fare Package.

We will not accept Hold Baggage with linear dimensions exceeding 366 cm or wheighing more than 32 kg (this includes Musical Instruments and Sports Equipment).

When you surrender your Hold Baggage at the airport counter, you will be issued a Baggage Receipt for each piece. You must retain the Baggage Receipt until you have received your Hold Baggage at the place of arrival. We will not be liable to you for damage, loss or delay of your Hold Baggage in the event that you are unable to provide us with the Baggage Receipt.
