6. One of the passengers in my booking needs to change his flight, what can I do?

Changes to the date or time of the flight must be made at least three (03) hours before the Scheduled Departure Time. A service fee may apply, subject to the conditions of the Fare Packages valid at the time of booking, and any increase between the original flight fare and the new flight must be borne by you before the change can be confirmed. Any additional service booked with the original flight will be transferred to the new flight; however, if any service, such as a specific seat, is not available on the new flight, an alternative will be offered.
