1. Can I travel with my pet?

Of course! You can travel with a maximum of one (1) cat or dog on our flights (sorry, we cannot accept any other animals). There are some requirements and fees, please visit our specialized page on traveling with animals to get all the details. It's worth noting that we do not transport animals in the cargo hold. Please be aware that your pet must carry the health documents required by both the country of origin and destination, so it's important to check with the health authority of each country what these requirements are before traveling. These may include, but are not limited to, vaccines, deworming certificates, medical certificates, health certificates for leaving the country, among others. Due to the validation of your pet's documentation, web check-in is not allowed, so we recommend arriving at the counter 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
