Absolutely! You may travel with a maximum of one (1) cat or dog on our flights (unfortunately, we cannot accept any other type of animal). Certain requirements and fees apply. Please visit our dedicated pet travel page for full details.
It’s important to note that we do not transport animals in the cargo hold.
Important: On flights to or from the United States, we currently do not transport pets or emotional support animals, in accordance with our current operational policies.
Please note that your pet must have the required health documentation for both the country of origin and the destination. We recommend consulting with the appropriate health authorities before your trip. These requirements may include, but are not limited to: vaccines, deworming certificates, medical certificates, and health exit certificates.
Due to the need to validate your pet's documentation, online check-in is not available. Therefore, we recommend arriving at the airport counter at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
