If you encounter any issues while using the service, please take screenshots of the error messages and use our airport check-in service, which closes one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time. Please note that airport check-in may incur an additional fee based on the fare package purchased (refer to our Fare Rules for more details), so if you do not have this service and cannot provide any error proof from the website, you will be charged for airport check-in.
