9. If I paid in cash, how can I request a refund?

Simple. For bookings paid in cash, refunds will be processed only through an Arajet voucher valid for one year. For tickets with origin or destination in Colombia paid in cash, refunds can be issued in cash or in an Arajet voucher valid for one year, at the customer's choice.
