6. When does airport check-in open?

Our check-in counters at the airport will be open three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time. Please remember that if you do not require special assistance and your fare does not include free airport check-in, you will be charged for this service (refer to our fare rules for more details). We recommend using our web check-in service or our WhatsApp service; it is quick, easy, and free. Simply visit Web Check-In and enter your booking details or use WhatsApp. Your boarding pass will be sent to the email address provided in your booking.
