Of course! Changes to the name of any Customer on a Reservation will be allowed if requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before the Scheduled Departure Time of the first Flight on your Reservation. A name change service fee plus taxes will apply.
If you have identified an error in the name of a Customer on your Reservation, you must contact our Call Center through this link https://www.arajet.com/es/contact-us as soon as you receive your Reservation Confirmation Email and before completing check-in (either at the airport or using our web check-in option).
If the modification is three (3) characters or less, the correction will be made and no charges will apply. If it is necessary to modify four (4) or more characters, it will be considered a Name Change and the corresponding time limits will apply, considering the service fees.
