14. What are the conditions of the reimbursement voucher?

You will have 12 months to redeem it. It's worth noting that your voucher has an associated password that you cannot lose, as if you lose it, the voucher cannot be reissued. It's very important to remember that vouchers are issued only in the traveler's name and are non-transferable. You can use it for full or partial payments until its balance is exhausted or until the expiration date. The voucher is not transferable to other customers, nor is it refundable in cash, but it can be used to pay through our call center and on the website.
