However, if the loss of your connection is not attributable to Arajet, you will need to purchase a new ticket to reach your final destination.

Remember to always pay attention to the screens indicating gate information, as the airport may change them at its discretion. It is also crucial that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the designated boarding gate for each flight, as we are very punctual and boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
