If you do not have the Arajet reservation code and you purchased through a travel agency, check the reservation confirmation, usually both codes appear. Otherwise one of our agents will be able to help you. If the problem persists and the agent cannot provide you with a solution, then you should contact the travel agency where you made your reservation.
