13. My flight was canceled. How do I request a refund from Arajet Travel Assist?

If we cancel your flight due to reasons attributable to Arajet, you can request a 100% refund of your booking, including additional services like Travel Assist. From there, you can request the refund, which will be processed to return the amount to your original payment method or in the form of an Arajet voucher.
