2. I bought my flight with a Travel Agency but only the first flight segment is with Arajet. What does it mean?

It means that Arajet will request and be responsible to check all legal documents necessary to the Arajet segment Destination, regardless from the final destination bought by the passenger with the Travel Agency. All baggage must be collected by the Passenger upon arrival with Arajet before boarding their next flight segment. Remember that our responsibility is limited to the route purchased with Arajet and we do not make connections with other airlines..
