2. What is and where does the withdrawal apply?

Withdrawal is exclusive to Colombian law, and only applies to tickets with origin and/or destination Colombia. It is the passenger's right to withdraw from the trip before it starts, regardless of the means by which it was purchased. In cases of withdrawal by the passenger, Arajet will withhold 10% of the value received as a fee plus the YQ, excluding taxes and administrative fees.
