30. What happens if the airline or hotel cancels my booking with Laytrip?

When Laytrip is informed of any cancellation by partners, we immediately inform customers and pass on all the options and required processes that partners offer. If refundable, customers will receive their refund as soon as Laytrip has received it from the partner.
