There are several reasons why customers might face payment errors when trying to pay with Laytrip.
1.Check whether correct payment card details were entered and that there's sufficient balance on card.
2. Check multi-factor authentication steps. Some banks have additional steps customers must complete such as receiving a text message about the transaction, logging in to the bank website, etc. To make sure customers book with ease, they must contact their bank and inquire about multi-factor or, also called, 3D authentication steps they need to complete. Ask for a supervisor at the bank.
3. Certain banks need prior notification about international transactions, especially if it's in USD. Customers must notify their bank that they will be attempting to make a transaction in US dollars with Laytrip.
