9. Is it possible to make changes to the names of passengers in a group?

Name changes in group bookings will vary depending on the fare package purchased. For every 21 passengers in a group booking with the Comfort fare, one name change will be provided at no additional cost. With the Extra fare, two name changes will be granted for every 21 passengers in the group booking at no additional cost. If choosing the Smart fare or exhausting the included name changes at no extra cost in your fare package, the price of the name change service, which is $US150.00 excluding taxes, must be paid.
